Sofia, July 19 - At Zentiva, diversity, equity and inclusion are one of our priority topics. We believe they are source of great energy and strength. Everyone should feel welcome in our company, be able to be their true selves and contribute to the best of their ability. We are thrilled to see the strengthening of the commitment in our countries. Zentiva Bulgaria has recently signed the Bulgarian Diversity Charter which is a local version of the European Diversity Charter. Thus, Bulgaria joined Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Romania who are signatories of local initiatives as well.

The Bulgarian team has successfully proven the inclusive practices in the local workplace and the equal treatment for all employees. Signing the Charter also means underlining the commitment to further foster and develop the culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
