2024 Public CbC Report of Zentiva Group
AI Sirona (Luxembourg) Acquisition S.à r.l., a company seated at rue des Capucins 5, Luxembourg, as the ultimate parent entity of Zentiva Group, has made available the first Public Country-by-Country Report of Zentiva Group for the financial period of 1.1.2024 – 31.12.2024. This report has been prepared and published in line with Directive (EU) 2021/2101 of the European parliament and of the council amending Directive 2013/34/EU as regards disclosure of income tax information by certain undertakings and branches.
